NDTS offers a number of health and wellness services for our patients.

On-site HCV treatment

Injection drug use is the principle risk factor for contracting and spreading the Hepatitis-C Virus (HCV). We offer HCV testing, referral for consultation to a gastroenterologist, and supervised treatment for those with the disease.

Community-based care managers

Community-based Care Managers are here to help patients navigate treatment. Care Managers provide face-to-face initial assessments, helping to identify barriers to successful treatment outcomes, and connect you to NDTS on-site services as well as available community resources. Ongoing supports and follow-up is provided as needed throughout treatment and when necessary to re-engage those who encounter challenges in their recovery.
